You will be able to register on-site, from September 23, 14:00 at the Palais des Congrès of Aix en Provence.

The ISTU 2009 Registration Fee includes :

  • full access to the scientific sessions,
  • full access to the scientific exhibition,
  • full access to the technical exhibition,
  • the ISTU 2009 Congress Bag,
  • the ISTU 2009 Final Program,
  • the access to breakfasts, coffee breaks, refreshments and lunches served at the Congress Center during the running of the conference.
  • one voucher to attend the Gala Dinner (only for standard and student registrations).

The ISTU 2009 Registration Fee does not include housing and dinners expenditures. Accompanying persons and attendees of the ISTU 2009 conference can register separately to the Gala Dinner, which will take place at the Château Pont Royal, close to Aix-en-Provence (see General Information at http://www.chateaupontroyal.com/).

Hotel accommodation

Hotel booking and accommodation during the ISTU 2009 conference will be managed by Aix-en-Provence Tourism Office. Rooms will be accessible through a selection of hotels in Aix-en-Provence, ranking in the 2-star and 3-star categories. Booking amongst the pre-booked rooms allotment will be available on a first come first served basis.

How to get the Congress ?
